Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please try to do so within 48 from your service. If you cancel less than 48 hours you will be charged 100% of the remaining balance or may cancel to reschedule and pay a re-booking fee + new deposit. Please note, this must be sent the SAME DAY as you cancel or your card would be charged.
Any last minute cancellations that occur within a few hours or minutes before your appointment will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
RESCHEDULING POLICY:
If you need to reschedule under a 24 hour notice, you would be required to a re-booking fee of $35 + a new deposit of $30. You must send your re-book fee & deposit SAME DAY to reschedule for another day. Only the deposit will go towards the new appointment.
NO SHOW POLICY:
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the remaining service cost.
